MEET OUR STAFF: I believe you’ve been introduced to Omaya, reservations manager, Akram service coordinator and Yoav, Front Desk Manager. This month we’d like to now introduce you to Meir Edri – who will be wearing three hats: Meir is Assistant Reception Manager, human resource personnel training & development as well as keeping our computers working on a day-to-day basis! If that’s not enough for 24/7 then you should know that Meir is married +3 (1 toddler & baby twins!) We welcome Meir to the JGH family! N.B. My experience in life is “if you need something done, ask a busy person”!

Hot Breakfast - Never on Sunday Shabbat – in Jerusalem, the Holy City: Being holy is sometimes not easy to do, and one of the hardest things for hotels is the limitation on our kitchens on the Sabbath. You, as agents can help your clients avoid irritation on Saturday morning when they discover that the hot dairy foods that they got in Tiberias or Eilat will not appear in Jerusalem, if they are in a West Jerusalem hotel – any West Jerusalem hotel. On the other hand, when there are religious Jewish groups in the hotel, the tourist gets a peek at a different world that otherwise he may see only as the bus drives by a religious neighborhood.
